RESEARCH
This programme strengthens Green Scenery and its partners to become an effective force
in the promotion of human rights, peace, democracy, good governance, prudent
environmental management and ensuring secure livelihoods. It seeks to provide factual
information that can strengthen Green Scenery and its partners to better intervene with
appropriate projects and/influence policy makers and hence bring about desired change.
Activities
Effect research into all aspect of our programmes i.e. human rights, conflict,
environment, governance and livelihoods
Publish reports such as Policy Paper Series based on research outcomes
Liaise with other programmes to strengthen Green Scenery’s advocacy activities
Collaborate with other civil society organizations and other
institutions/coalitions/networks on matters of advocacy.
Share research information with other like minded civil society groups coalitions
with the intention of increasing the base of Green Scenery’s advocacy.
Launch advocacy, lobby and campaign activities base on results or outcomes of
research.
Collaborate with other community-based organizations
Seek to improve the interconnectivity between our programmes
